Nippers Studio provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchases (excluding special orders and sale items).
Should you wish to return an item during that 30-day time frame, then please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. The item must be in as-new condition with all original packing materials. Upon receipt of a RA # from us, ship the item back to us making certain that it is insured at its appropriate value in case it is damaged or lost. We will refund your full purchase price upon receipt of the item excluding any return shipping/handling charges.
Return of items outside of our 30-day guarantee are subject to a restocking charge.
If you receive an item from Nippers Studio that is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We will handle the claim and return process with the shipping company and keep you informed of the time table in replacing the damaged item. You may be asked to repackage the damaged item so that the shipper may pick it up. Please be sure to retain all original packaging materials from the damaged shipment just in case the shipper wants to evaluate those items.
We keep your personal contact and credit card information private. We promise you to not share your credit card information with anyone. We will not provide your name, residential/business address or e-mail address to any other individual or company. Of course, we must provide your address to the shipping companies (UPS, FedX or US Postal Service) that we use to ship your product to you.
